Yes, inform our staff first that we would like check for any room availability that are suitable for your travel.
Are pregnant mothers recommended on this trip?
They may do so at their own risk because we do not provide travel insurance.
Can we get refund for canceling our trip?
As stated in our terms & condition (3), any payment has been made are non-refundable.
Are there any packages include flight slots?
It’s called the Full-board Package. For KK-Kundasang full-board package, minimum 10 pax are required to travel on your preferred date. Inform our staff first as full-board packages are subject to availability.
